We will arrange a return pickup and ship the replacement once the pickup is done.

Once the pick-up process is initiated, our logistics partners will collect the product from your doorstep within 2-4 business days. Please ensure the item remains unused, with all tags intact. The pick-up agent will inspect and pack the product along with the label at the time of collection.

In rare cases where reverse pick-up service is unavailable in your location, you may be required to send the product to us using India Post. Our team will provide you with the necessary address details. We will reimburse up to Rs. 100/- for the shipping charges incurred through India Post.
